Aviator goggles - tan leather tarnished brass 4

Tan leather with tarnished brass. I used a new compound to achieve this rather even greenish patina. I used "Plum Brown" from Birchwood Casey. The thing is - this compound designated to give a brown patina to steel surface. But...if you use it on brass it will make a nice and even green patina. Go figure...Still, I very happy with this finish, and combined with tan leather, it gives the goggles that neat authentic feel.
